Apple Rescue is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. All repairs are returned to the address provided and are posted by Next Day Special Delivery. All packages include tracking and insurance up to £2000. When sending your device to us, please ensure that the item is correctly packaged to avoid any damage in transit. Always use an insured recorded service or courier when posting your device.
AppleRescue guarantees all parts and labor for the Lifetime of your device unless otherwise noted. We strive to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with our work. If you experience any issues upon receiving your repaired device, you may return the device to us and have any issues regarding the functionality of your device assessed. If any part which we replaced is defective. then we will replace the defective part for free and will be responsible for the return postage.
Abandonment of device
applerescue cannot store customer owned devices for extended periods of time. By sending an item to Applerescue for diagnosis/repair, the customer agrees to make a diligent effort to communicate with applerescue in good faith when your service order is concluded. We will make every reasonable attempt to contact the customer via e-mail and phone within the 1year period. If we have no confirmed contact (via email or phone) for 1 year, we will consider your repair abandoned and will proceed with the disposal/breakdown of the device in an environmentally friendly manner.
If your device is capable of storing software programs, applications, songs, video or picture files, it is important to protect its contents against loss or possible operational failures during repair work. Before delivering the device for diagnosis or service it is your responsibility to keep a separate backup copy of the contents, remove all personal information and data that you want to protect and disable any security passwords or include any passwords with your device.
Lifetime Warranty on all parts and repairs
Repairs of any device conducted by Apple rescue are covered under our warranty. Parts & Labor Warranty unless otherwise noted. If you have any issue with a repair please contact us and we guarantee that we will correct the problem in a timely manner. This warranty is limited to the parts in the device that AppleRescue has repaired or replaced.
Reckless use or abuse of your device will terminate this warranty. Reckless use consists of exposure to extreme cold or heat, water damage, over charging through use of a docking station, impact damage, or any other situation above and beyond normal wear and tear.
Through inspection, the technicians can determine whether the device has experienced damage outside of the repairs made by applerescue.co.uk. Any such damage will void the warranty. Additionally, the warranty will be considered void if the technicians detect tampering to the device.

The Applerescue service/repair form requires clients to provide contact information (such as name, home/work address, telephone numbers and email address). We use this information to make contact with our clients and process repair orders and payments when necessary. Apple rescue does not sell or give out any personal information to third parties.
